Fernando is the best ! We could only come see a home on his only day off and he took the time to come up there and spend hours with us . He did not try and push a house on us that we did not need . The new GM Stan is amazing. He has made this whole process so smooth. I was actually in the transition between the old GM and the new GM and I can say that Stan is a huge improvement compared to previous management.

We have finally finished our long journey of finding just the right home we were looking for. Fernando was the salmon we first had contact with a little over 2 months ago. He listened to what we were looking for very closely. He answered all my questions about the manufacturer to my complete satisfaction. Anything he didn't know for sure he followed up in text or email. He never tried to send me unwanted phone calls, texts or emails. Every other dealer we visited in this 3 month journey just really didn't seemed to listen to us on what we wanted.Fernando was the perfect example of the type of Sales Person we needed and wanted. It was along process of visiting many dealers but in the end we went back to the home Fernando lead us to. When we showed up, he has so surprised to see us, which really made us feel things were personal and not just business.While getting loan applications filled out, we got to meet the finance person Debra. The wonderful treatment she made to us was the same level as Fernando. We didn't buy a high priced unit, in fact it was the smallest home they had and we were treated like we were buying the highest price unit. Every employee we met all displayed the same family type approach and it surely is noticeable to us.
